Our business
Visit Massilia is a tour guide agency that assures a stress-free discovery of Marseille and makes sure you enjoy your stay. Our guides provide a seamless blend of local anecdotes and historical facts about the ancient French city.
We started with one walking tour of the old harbour for couples and families on short stays. Guests kept asking for the coast and for the sea, so the electric bike tour along the Corniche and the private boat trip were added. Three tours, one philosophy: small groups, your language, your pace, and a good table at the end.
Our guides
Our guides grew up between several countries, including Australia and Germany, before choosing Marseille as their home. They speak fluent English, French and German, and very much enjoy showing visitors how to make the most of their stay in this beautiful city.
Each tour is led by one guide from start to finish. The boat trips are run with a professional skipper who has sailed these waters for years; the e-bike tour with a guide who rides the Corniche every week.
